Reports to:  Agronomy Operations Manager and Agronomy Manager

Job Duties:

  • Lead MRGA’s daily operations of Casselton Fertilizer Plant 
  • Assist MRGA with employee requirements and issues 
  • Document employee issues and discipline according to MRGA procedures
  • Coordinate Applications of both Dry and Liquid 
  • Assist Project Manager with company expansion proformas and projections
  • Assist safety director with agronomy facilities’ requirements and upkeep
  • Work with EPA, FDA, Homeland Security, RMP reporting requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain rolling stock, which may include a company’s fleet of pickups, trucks, fertilizer application equipment, tractor/trailers, farm tractors, and other motor vehicles.
  • Assists in plant maintenance when needed.
  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance including oil changes and tune-ups.
  • Performs tests on specific parts and systems to ensure proper function.
